Or do you refresh everyday?
Usually I try and do it day by day however I had an awful day yesterday but if I offset it with adjusting the next two days, it will average my week out to be the same as if I hadn't had such a bad day yesterday.
Does this work?

It doesn't really matter. I know some people eat less some days to make up for a bad day. In the end you just want to shoot for 3500 calorie deficit by the end of the week.0

I have chosen to eat 9100 cal per week. That averages out to 1300 per day. I have decided to eat the 1300 cal Monday-Friday. On Saturday I will eat up to 2600 cal as my "cheat day" and Sunday I will fast drinking only water. This gives me one day a week to look forward to and one day to let my body cleanse its self. I also believe this will keep my metabolism guessing. I will also use my "cheat day" as my heavy work out day ( I have extra energy right!?) hope this helps.0
