Does anyone know how to calculate how many calories are burned doing Jillian Michaels 30 Shred?

log it in as circuit training. I put 20 mins but you can include the warm up/cool down if u want as well0

Hi,
I used a heart rate monitor and used a calculator that I found online. It came to around 230 cals for me but I guess it will vary depending on weight, fitness level etc.
If you haven't got the equipment to calculate it then just stick with it - you will definitely notice a difference at the end.

I do the same, but I do not include the warm up. Today was day 28 of my 30 day shred! Have fun--it works!0
