    it looks like fun! I just ordered a bad similar to that for "little Pile" he he he actually i wanted it but I told the hubby it was so little pile could practice boxing.

    Have them if you are talking about the heavy bag boxing dvds:) like them...intense, get to punch things :)

    Pink is power;) pretty tough...if you want a more thorough review..go to videofitness.com they have several ladies who have had great results with it:)
