Trying to keep positive.....

Hi everyone...I'm new to the program, a friend recommended the site to keep track of my intake.
I've been on it for 5 days... Working out regularly and trying to stay on my goal...sometimes it's hard to reach the calorie intake up.
I do a shake in the morning, 2 healthy snacks a day and a balance healthy lunch and dinner.
I have to really force myself with water intake I think that's the part I am lacking off big time...but I'm not drinking any sodas, juices or alcohol just my morning coffee of course!

Hi, and welcome! Sounds like you are doing well
... And sorry, but I don't get people who can't get their calories up - it's easy - eat something! Add some fruit to your shake in the morning, maybe?
