Trying to keep positive.....

Hi everyone...I'm new to the program, a friend recommended the site to keep track of my intake.
I've been on it for 5 days... Working out regularly and trying to stay on my goal...sometimes it's hard to reach the calorie intake up.
I do a shake in the morning, 2 healthy snacks a day and a balance healthy lunch and dinner.
I have to really force myself with water intake I think that's the part I am lacking off big time...but I'm not drinking any sodas, juices or alcohol just my morning coffee of course! ;)

    Hi, and welcome! Sounds like you are doing well
    ... And sorry, but I don't get people who can't get their calories up - it's easy - eat something! Add some fruit to your shake in the morning, maybe?
