Hello, my name is Julia !
Actually, I have been using this site for couple of weeks and I didn't know there was introduce yourself page so, here it is. .
I am 20 years old college student and I have been diagnosed with PCOS.
I used to weigh around 162 lbs and now I am 142 lbs (I am 5"9) from trying to eat right and workout a LOT!
I always loved running ever since when I was a child but, my ethnicity (korean) pulled me back with a lot of rice and greasy foods in which increased my blood sugar and actually I was almost going to have Type 2 Diabete.
So therefore, I tried to eat right at first time, it was bit difficult but, I got hang of it. And I've been workout a lot and surprisingly I lost a lot of weights in short period of times.
I am glad to find this site so, I can actually know how much calories I'm consuming and how much calories I've burned.
I hope I will get a habit of eating a right amount of foods and healthy foods also, working out properly
