Big party last night...lots of beer...lots of whiskey...down 2 Lbs this morning...drink more weigh less!!! :drinker:

Yeah....I drank some beers last night and stayed under due to exercise. I am lighter too0

I realized this along time ago lol, maybe it's because I'm so wild when I drink its like extra exercise or I'm not sure but to much energy and it seems to stay off0

Dehydration is definitely a factor it just has to do with when I weigh in mostly but even with that drinking has never altered my weight in a bad way but I only drink occasionally0
