OK, here's my question (actually, it's 2 questions):
Is it possible to lose INCHES faster than WEIGHT?
Also, besides losing one pant size so far, I can't SEE any obvious results in the mirror - I still look fat. I've lost almost 19 pounds and don't see it at all. Can other people REALLY see the difference that I can't?

I am wondering the same thing! I've lost 18 pounds so far and can only see minor differences. From what I've heard, most people find it easier to lose inches than actual weight, but I'm currently finding it the opposite.0

For my case, I lose weight faster initially but size wise still not really that drastic. Then gradually, I started to hate my scale! That is when my friends started to notice all the inches lost.0

I've actually lost 4.5 inches around my waist. But I have not really lost weight. If your working out you will gain muscle which will stop weight loss but help firm you up. The scale is very frustrating to me. Even knowing this information I would like to see the weight go away. Inches in most cases are more important.0
