Does anyone know if a workout is more effective in the morning or late at night? Or are they the same?

It's the same, just as long as you are doing it!

The best time to work out is when you have time and energy! Just get it done!

For me, it's more effective in the morning because that's when I have the most energy. If I wait until later in the day, I feel like I'm dragging in my workout.

A workout is most effective when you have the energy and motivation to do it properly and with focus. So, whatever time of day you feel best is the best time to work out.

Working out (and eating well) in the morning helps my metabolism get started. If you crank start your metabolism in the morning, your body tends to think that you're going to be using a lot of energy during the day so it gears up to be able to do just that.
