hi all
im having trouble figuring out what activity level i am haha
Im a college student which involves going up and down three flights of stairs 4 times a day plus im a single mum so im on my feet alot at home looking after my little one?
What activity level should i set myself?

I would choose lightly active and try it for a few weeks. If your losing weight at the amount you selected (or close to it) it's correct.
You can always go back and change your profile settings if your lifestyle changes.

I like to set mine at sedentary, and then log all my exercise calories. That way if I have a lazy day, I know I am not over eating.0
