what activity level am i?

hi all

im having trouble figuring out what activity level i am haha

Im a college student which involves going up and down three flights of stairs 4 times a day plus im a single mum so im on my feet alot at home looking after my little one?

What activity level should i set myself?

    I would choose lightly active and try it for a few weeks. If your losing weight at the amount you selected (or close to it) it's correct. :) You can always go back and change your profile settings if your lifestyle changes.

    I like to set mine at sedentary, and then log all my exercise calories. That way if I have a lazy day, I know I am not over eating.
