Hey everyone, i had this for breakfast today and it was so nice i had to tell you all about it :)

I think you could have it anytime of the day but it is really quick for breakfast :)

1 (i used hovis) digestive biscuit
1 small shape yoghurt (obviously you can choose the make and flavour)
50g strawberries (you can add what ever fruit you like)

Break up the digestive biscuit in a small dish
Next add the yoghurt on top
Then add the strawberries on top of that

And voila! that is it, done in like 2 minutes but really tasty :D

Mine came in at 120 calories but it obviously depends on the yoghurt and fruit you choose :)

    yeah hehe but you could have it as a snack or maybe a pudding/dessert :)

    I do this too, only instead of a digestive I use a graham cracker. yummmm.

    What's a digestive biscuit? I've never heard that term. Is it regional or something?

    no i dont think they are regional they are like an oat/wheat biscuit. loads of companies do them, mcvities, hovis for example

    i think using oats would be just as nice if you dont know or can get digestive biscuits :)

    yeah if something looks unhealthy but it is you feel better dont you :P
