Hey so I'm 5'4 and 105 pounds and want to maintain my weight. I eat less than 1000 calories usually. And burn off 1500 with excersie( sports and heavy excersie) so I have no net calories at all. Is that bad? That they aren't even at 0. I lost my period back in July 2012 and haven't gotten it since. Help!

Without seeing or knowing what you eat, it is hard to tell. Less than 1000 calories, in all honesty, is just not enough. What kind of exercise are you doing to burn 1500 calories? Is this daily?

Your lack of period is concerning. This could be anything from not eating enough to other female problems. Have you gone to a doctor? If not, you need to. That can be a big concern and it is not healthy or normal.

This is you second post with the same question. I am assuming you're trolling but if not you should be eating no less than 2500 and should probably eat more than that.

You need to eat! When I was netting around 700 cals a day my period disappeared which was dead scary as I worried I might be pregnant and I already have enough kids for now!

Log calories and exercise accurately so that you can see how much you're actually netting and then adjust your diet so that you're getting adequate nourishment or you're going to get very, very sick.

If your period doesn't then return I would seek medical advice as there could be something seriously wrong and I'm sure it might be nice to have the option of having children one day.
