Clean Eating

sugarisfatnotgood
edited January 20 in Food and Nutrition
I've been adopting the idea of clean eating for the last two years; unfortunately not full time. But I have been able to keep 22 lbs off and I hope to continue to live a healthy lifestyle. Anybody else living the clean eating lifestyle? Join me on this journey and help keep me accountable.

You won't often find processed foods in my food diary, I am also gluten free. It's made me feel 100% better and more energized.

After watching a few documentaries ("Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" and "Forks over Knives") and reading a book ("Eat to Live") this is the way I have been heading and trying to maintain. It isn't easy but I know it is great for you!

I try to eat as much produce and higher quality foods as I can.
  • It isn't the easiest thing - clean eating; but I do feel better when I am on track. Good luck to you on your journey.
