Yes, and how we'd laugh and sing as we skipped through the park, the birds singing, the bee's buzzing and all those around us marvelling in our super happy auras.

Then we'd sit down on the checked blanket underneath that tree, and I'd carve his name in to the bark, a notice for everyone that ever came here that we were the first to mark the tree. It's our tree now.

We'd giggle and laugh as we fed each other jam sandwiches. But then things would start to go wrong. Ants would come from everywhere, invading our picnic, the wasps would fly in for the jam. The clouds would start to appear overhead and the heavens would rain down the cold, bitter water on to us.
