I wanted to share these pops I made a while ago. They are made with only 4 ingredients, all of which you can pronounce, only 49 calories each, and NO added sugar!!!!
To make these you will need:
1- 17.6oz container of Fage 2% Greek yogurt
2 bananas
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 lb container of fresh strawberries
This recipe will make 15 - 3oz. pops
First blend together yogurt, bananas, and applesauce in a blender. Transfer to a bowl, Slice up the strawberries then mix them in with the yogurt. Fill up your pop mold or paper cups. If you're using a pop mold you'll want to swirl a stick around in each one to eliminate air bubbles. Freeze overnight.
Each 3oz pop has about 49 calories, 0.7g fat, 5.5g of carbs, 5.6g sugar, 3.4g protien
These pops will not be as sweet as commercial pops. If you like them sweeter you can add more banana or applesauce.
