I was having the same problem, none of them came out even close to the bike, so I bought myself a HRM for accuracy  And cos I love new gadgets

I do moderate on a bike (lvl 10 out of 20) but I only put it in as light on MFP. The stationary Bike calories come in less but they dont calculate weight.

For all things on exercise I put in light because I rather under estimate than over estimate. I know for a fact I am probably more moderate to vigourous.
