I have a list, lol.
-5 = new baby cactus.
-10 = getting my nails done for the first time
-15 = a new robe
-20 = new bras
-25= new glasses
-30= star wars monopoly
-35 = repainting my room
-40 = a new bed set
-45= A bathing suit
-50 = New tattoo0 -
I LOVE your reward choice! I Doctor Who!
My incremental rewards are mini shopping sprees at local thrift stores, and my big reward is going to be laser hair removal0 -
This is such a good idea! I've never really rewarded myself when I lost even 5 lbs. Maybe looking forward to small rewards will motivate me more to reach my goal. This post has got me thinking of gathering some ideas & making a list.0

Fantastic rewards! I wish I could get my nails done, but I'm not allowed to have them done or painted where I work.0 -
That's exactly how I figured out my cheat meals! I don't do it on a certain day, i do it based on performance. When I lose 5 lbs, I can eat whatever the hell I want.0

I love that idea!
Hopefully my big reward will be me fitting perfectly into my wedding dress come September!0 -

I feel like I should set up rewards for myself but it is hard to warrant spending the money. When I get to my goal weight I am buying a new wardrobe (I'll have to as I own nothing smaller than a 10 and I hope to be an 8 or a 6). I also plan to get my tattoos...one when I lose my arm jiggle and one when I'm at my goal weight.0

For every 5 lbs I lose...
I'm going to take a picture
Train.
Sweat.
Eat.
Sleep.

My first major reward is after I get back down to 135. Samsung Galaxy S4!
Current: 155
145 - New Work Pants
135 - New Phone
*125* - Vacation in a whole new wardrobe! Including a sexy Bikini!0 -
I'm loving all of these ideas!0

What wonderful ideas! I'm so glad I found this thread.
While I have a 30-pound goal, I never thought about short-term milestone goals. Now I'm trying to think of non-food, no/low cost ideas. I'll be back to this thread as soon as I come up with some.
Thanks for the brain stimulation! :happy:0 -
My only 'reward' that's planned is to get my belly button pierced when I reach my final goal. I will need new clothes too which will be great but I don't really call that a reward, it will be a necessity.0

For every 10 pounds I lose, I buy myself some new makeup or some new art supplies. In another pound, some new makeup will be mine!0
-
The only material object that I may buy after I get to goal weight would be a full-length mirror. Other than that, meh, success is its own reward.0
-
I don't have money so I second the beer suggestion!0

Hmmm... if I lose 20lbs, I will go shop for new clothes that I always wanted to wear! So right now, I am not allowing myself to buy any clothes besides work out clothes.0

for me, stepping on the scale and seeing a drop in weight is the reward for my hard work at living more healthy. Clothing getting too loose is also a reward.0
-
Slowly gaining self-confidence is reward in itself to me.0

I bought myself a HRM as a reward for finishing the 30 Day Shred, was a great motivator for days when i just did not want to do it0
-
I told myself that when i break the 160 mark, I'm getting new sneakers. I stepped on the scale yesterday and I'm 1/2 a lb away......what a tease......lol. I'm guessing that goal is going to be achieved by next week. I'm thinking I better set up the next one. I like the "new tattoo" idea.0

I've decided for every 14lb I lose I'm going to pamper myself so ... Next weekend I'm having a manicure and as I'm in credit at the moment I only need to lose another 6lb for eyebrow waxing (not sure if that's a treat though lol)0
-
5: dying my hair
10: new sexy underwear set
15: new jeans
20: new wardrobe, nothing will fit0 -
I don't have much money to be "rewarding" myself but I'd really like to get a good heart rate monitor here soon.0

Nice!
I'm 2.4 pounds away from a takoyaki maker. That would put me at 125 pounds.
Then if I reach my big goal (115), I get my very first DSLR camera!
Also, I reward myself with new clothes that fits better.0 -
Excellent idea. I'm disheartened by all of you's that are buying new clothes after losing 20 pounds, I've already lost that but all my clothes still fit me Granted I'm 6'3 and weigh 250 (currently). For anyone to notice that I've lost weight I'm guessing that I'd need to lose at least another 20 so maybe I'll set my mini goals for every 10pounds. Already 'treated' myself to fit britches to help smooth out my appearance and they are meant to help with cellulite which I have in abundance lol xx0

I like the idea (and love Doctor Who, lol). For me I think the big reward will be new clothes when I hit my goal weight. And I guess buying a couple things every time I lose 2 sizes (I've found I can fit in most of my 18s still, and 14s, even though those are tight. I'm not going to waste money on 16s).0
