I wouldn't exactly call it a fitblr right now. I just started it to document my weight loss adventure and post motivational pics when I come across them. Mainly cuz I think ppl in real life are getting tired of hearing about it lol. And I would love to be able to look back when I hit goal

Hey,
I've been writing inspirational and motivational podcasts for my MFPals for a while now and thought I'd share them on tumblr as well. I usually write them Monday-Friday, but will be sharing some additional stuff on there too. So if you have a tumblr account and you're looking for some motivation to get you through the days, look me up. wink

**Appreciate every little thing you're able to do, for there are people out there who can't do those things anymore. A soldier fighting in Iran so you'd have the freedom to go out and run in the park. He's lost his legs and fights to ever be able to walk again - GO RUN FOR HIM! A little girl who has cancer and fights for her life, all she wants to do is play with her parents again - GO MOVE FOR HER! An old man who needs his oxygen tank only because he can't breathe on his own anymore - GO BREATHE FOR HIM! A woman having a car accident, now fighting to survive - GO LIVE FOR HER! You see, there are so many things that could happen which could change your life forever, so appreciate the fact that you have a healthy pair of legs you can use to go for a walk. Appreciate your lungs and being able to breathe on your own, even when you feel like you're out of breath from all the working out. Appreciate the people surrounding you, and being able to play with your kids, especially now that you're losing weight. And most of all, appreciate life and everything you can do with it, for there are people out there fighting to survive theirs!**0 -
