Don't Judge Yourself by the Number on the Scale!

Here's why you should be less concerned with the number on the scale and more concerned with your measurements, how you feel, and how strong you're getting!!

I am about the same weight in both pics!!

Amazing!! You look fantastic and I am so inspired by it!! I sometimes get lost in the numbers but instead I need to look at the inches lost.

You are so right, it is not just about the scale. When you start to loose big amounts of weight you body needs to catch up along the way. So what I've found it is at those times when the scale doesn't budge. But take note of your measurements, you will see those numbers going down. Hang it there, each and everyone of us is so worth it. You will eventually get past that platau and continue in the weight loss as well. Best of luck in on your journey. You are doing great, keep up the great work!

I needed this! I must learn to focus on the whole body and mind transformation and less on that electronic gadget sitting on the bathroom floor.

Thanks for posting this... I haven't lost a lb since mid-March, but my BF is at 23% and I'm obviously smaller. Scale is a liar....

I'm so glad it's not just me! I've lost inches off my waist and gained 10 lbs! I was freaking out, but now I'm considering just throwing out the scale and sticking with the measuring tape.

Wow! You look incredible! Thanks for posting, I really needed this. I've been trying to lose weight and the scale hasn't moved in months. BUT I can run farther and lift more than I used to, so there's progress being made. :)
