            I'm with you. Will start tomorrow. although if I don't log in, in a week, I have fallen and can't get up0

            I started this when a friend posted something on Facebook. I'm on Day 3 and just did my 60. My thighs burn and are sore. I love it and squats. I find it sort of funny because you walk and you think "I'm really doing some good here!". Yeah, now I know that my muscles need a bit more than a stroll around the development. Awesome challenge and I can't wait to finish!0

I do sets of air and plie squats! very effective. Watch some videos on youtube as to make sure you doing it properly!
