good old crunches!!!

OK call me weird but I like crunches! When I took yoga in college we would do anywhere from 60-120 per class and we met twice a week. As you can imagine I had some pretty decent abs back in the day. But we would do say 10 reps of version a, 30 reps of version b and so on.

Problem is I can only remember maybe two types of them that we did. And by changing up the styles it kept you from gettin too tired and we were able to target different areas of the abs with the differents one.

Does anyone have an suggestions on good websites to find these again? I also did V sits (the only thing I know to call them). Where you sit down, feet in the air toes pointed, back slightly leaned back but straight and arms stretched in front of you. Fan of those also but I can't hold them as long as I used to. Granted I know when I get back into the rhytm of things it will get easier.
