So, I have been eating fairly healthy, but my snacks recently haven't been healthy and I've ended up eating lots of chocolate and biscuits,
Today I've burned 750 calories, and have eaten some of my exercise calories back. my net calories is only 1100 but that was 400 calories worth of chocolate
I feel so disgusting and bloated, and I am driving myself crazy that I'm going to gain weight from it even though my net calories are low,
I need some advice and support because the thought of gaining weight when I've worked out and worked so hard today is really worrying me
thankyou. X

I know the feeling. The last few days have been hectic. snow/ice storm that knocked out the power. With out this site i ate way more than I should have. But I am vowing to start hard back at it tomorrow again. Just don't let the little slips mess with you too much and get back at it the next day0

You're going to be okay.
No one does this 100%, 100% of the time. Life happens. We're human. You didn't eat like a pig, you ate like a normal person. I.e - someone who isn't counting calories. This does not make you a failure. It makes you human. And that's okay.
Patience. Be kind to yourself. A frantic spiral of guilt will knock you off your goals. Breathe and know you can do this!0 -
I like chocolate. 400 cals? Pffft. At most that's a tenth of a pound. At surplus. Relax.0
