Get in the habit of canceling out "Cheat days". A "Cheat meal" is fine but a cheat day can gradually build up calories and next thing you know you got 6000 calories up in yo stomach! Now we don't want that, do we my fitness pals...?

My cheat days never go higher than 2000 cals, so I think I'm good. :P0

Haha that's good! Make sure there aren't any hidden calories that might deceive you!0

For me, a cheat day or cheat meal would be like telling an alcoholic they can have just one drink every once in a while.0

That is a spot on analogy my friend...0

Personally I could not have kept my weight off without cheat days. I eat whatever I want without regret, and then I'm not craving things for the rest of the week. it keeps me from feeling unfulfilled. I understand that some people can't handle having a cheat day, but it just works for me very well.0

Agreed. On a cheat day I could easily eat 6000 calorie, ice cream, cake and pizza. will do it. I try not to restrict myself too much, but it can't be a free for all. I have a sweet tooth like none other. It doesn't discriminate, so I have to be careful0 -
After giving up cheat days for a month, I had EXTREME cravings for things I din't before enjoy. I would eat the most random things at the most random times and regret nothing. So, lower your cheat days, don't remove them0
