19 here, 20 in a few months...feels so weird, because 20 is basically adult status and I really, really don't feel that way at all xD

Diet plan: 1,200 calories a day net or a little less

I'm 19, in a different state as my folks, going to university.

I'm just trying to continue with my vegetarian/vegan diet, but pay way more attention to portion sizes. I have a hard time knowing when I'm hungry and when I'm full, so the calorie counter is really exciting for me.

whatever I can fit into my macros, plus 2-3 servings of fruits and veggies.

    Macro spread: 45%c/35%p/20%f

Wow! I step away from this thread for a few minutes, and it explodes! Des anyone still live with their parents?
Just turned 24 and moved out of my mom's house in December (to Japan!)

I try to eat 1500 calories a day, but will probably be upping them to 1800 while I run and lift. If you search "In place of a Road map" it gives you good advice to figure out about what you should be eating because MFP just goes by numbers based on weight and not what your BMR vs total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is. I've had more success eating over 1200 calories than when I stuck to the 1200 calorie thing so I refuse to go back. :)

    I've just turned 23!

I have (boring adult) cereal for breakfast, and lots of fresh veges for lunch and dinner. I also eat chicken, mince, salmon and eggs as my main sources of protein. I have recently tried to add a fruit with vege smoothie as a snack to gain all the nutrients from the fruit :)

I'm 20, and determined to look awesome for my 21st birthday in September!

I live with my parents, but I mostly buy my own food, which ends up being a pretty good compromise except for when my sister gets into it. I'm trying to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as forcing myself to eat breakfast which I never used to do; now I find it hard to skip!
