Some quick exercise questions!

Me Again! haha

My current workout programme to get toned and lose my stomach is

30DS
30 Day Squat Challenge
30 Day Ab Challenge
Jog for 25 mins 3 times a week
Aqua aerobics once a week

Is yoga good for toning as ill squeeze that in aswell! haha also does anyone know a good "weights" programme from home i can do? As ive heard a weights programme can really help tone up.

    Good old thing.

    all with a dumbell.

    one leg deadlift.
    one leg squat.
    one arm press
    golbet squat.

    pushups, pullups.

    hiit bike tabata style, 10 secs rest, and 20 sec all out. do it 8 times.
