how long you guys been keeping fit?

hi everyone i have been working out since jan 2013 and iam really enjoying it i workout 1 hour everyday with out fail press ups cross trainer sit ups resistance trainning with weight trainning 3 times a week and the different has been insane.iam 5.10 tall age 30 i was 15.6 stone and pounds when i started ian now 13.8 in weight my main goal is to get to 12 stone. my waist before i started was 44 inches iam now 35 inches i eat 3 sensible low fat meals a day plenty of fruit and vegtables white meats and plenty of water

    I was working out 2 years ago and for some reason just got lazy. I've been back at it since January this time. Lost about 10 lbs and a handful of inches.
