My food diary is open please take a look and any feed back is nice...... I am aware that not everyday is great and that I have a few problem areas (beer) but just want to see what others think.

Depends on what you're trying to do. You're in your calorie goal (some days a little low, but nothing drastic, and it's not consistent), but I wouldn't want to eat those foods. You get very little fruit and vegetables in your diet (you might be lacking some of your micronutrients - different vitamins), and you eat a lot of processed foods. It's not how I prefer to eat, and I'd recommend adding in some of veggies (besides potatoes) and maybe look into some easier recipes if you're new to cooking.0

Hi. Looks like you're doing well with keeping near your calorie goals, but here are a few suggestions from looking at the past 2 week:
1. Add more fresh fruits and veggies
2. Cut down on the processed/packaged meals, eat more fresh (homemade) foods, this can be easier than you think!
3. Replace white breads with whole grain options
4. Replace processed snacks (goldfish, chips) with healthier options like fruits, cheeses, nuts
Think about the foods you eat as fuel for your body. You can eat almost anything and keep calories down, but if you choose healthier, fresher foods, you're providing more nutritious fuel for your body instead of empty calories. Sure it's OK to include some "bad" foods, but keep the majority of your diet nutritious.

i agree with what others have said - more fruit and veg, less processed food - like no more subway twice a day! and more protein.0

Sound advice already given.....less processed foods, more fruit and vegetables would also be my advice
