Started my journey today! B&A for motivation???

I'm a 20 year old wife(2 yrs) and momma(7mos). I was 105. size 5 and a 34C until I got married and got off of the Depo shot...over the first year of marriage I gained 80 lbs, was in a size 14 & a 37D with a buttload of stretch marks! Then 2 days after our one year wedding anniversary, we found out I was pregnant. By the end of my pregnancy I weighed 210 and in an XL maternity pants and a 42DD with even more stretch marks and a double chin. Since i've had my son, i've maintained a weight of around 185 and stayed in XL-XXL maternity pants because regular pants wouldn't fit me properly and XL-XXL shirt with a milkfilled chest of a lovely 42DD. NOTHING fits me correctly. I've recent;y changed my eating habits and since then, i've dropped down to a 40DD and can wear size 16 pants with a little belly hanging over, but not too much. My goal is to get to a size 9 and weigh around 130-140.

I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred today and would LOVE some before and after results to keep me motivated! Even if you haven't done 30DS, motivational pics are still wanted. :) Please pray for me on my journey to a healthier lifestyle!!

Good for you girl, you can do it. I don't have any pics for motivation, but I started 30DS today too and think it will bring great results. I'm dedicated to getting up every morning and doing this-its only 30 days and the workouts are not that long. I'll post pics when I finish and I hope you will too! Good luck on your journey:happy:

Thanks! And good luck to you too!! I've heard great things! I'm thinking about doing Zumba a few days out of the week along with 30DS...maybe some walking/jogging as well. Not sure yet! :) But i, too, am dedicated to getting up every morning! I just feel so powerful after a workout!! Add me as a friend and we can keep each other updated and encourage each other!!
