Need Exercise Ideas

I'm a huge walker, I usually hit my treadmill 30-60 minutes a day....but 4 weeks ago I went for some work and the technician messed up and now I have 3rd degree burns on 4 of my toes on my left foot. So I basically can walk to the car, and days I can wear shoes are limited (trust me wearing sandles in the winter/spring BITES).

I need to get back into some kind of movement, Dr tells me it will be at least another month of this pain....

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Body weight exercises? Modified pushups, crunches or situps, any arm work really. You don't need weights. If you have some water bottles laying around, those could work for you.

I am disabled and find exercise difficult, but there are things you can do. Sit to stand from a chair, step ups onto a low stool, Stretching arms out to sides, above, with weights or tin cans, Treadling on a board or inflatable cushion, hula hoop, gentle walking. All of these are exercise, not to the level you are used to, but will get you going until your feet heal again.

I broke a toe pretty badly back in December, but was able to bike through the whole thing when I couldn't run or do much else that involved bending my foot...

Use this time to focus on upper body strength training.....very important and its often overlooked in favor of cardio!
