Hi there guys, I'm Melissa, i'm looking for a few new friends for some support! i'm 24, and from England. I'm calorie counting but by no means a clean eater, i'm doing my best to improve though. I lost around 40lbs on mfp last year, completely gave up and reverted to my old way of eating and have gained about 20lb back. I have found my motivation again and I'm aiming for about 1800 cals a day and eating back exercise calories, I believe slow and steady is the way to go!
