My 1st true NSV

I bought a pair of size 8 capri pants at Cosco without trying them on. Once I got them home I put them on and they were too snug. Fortunately it was too cold for capri pants so I put them away. Today is supposed to be warmer so I put them on and they FIT! I hope this means when I weigh in this week I am down a couple of more pounds, but if not I don't care because I am definitely getting smaller.

Yay, me. :)

    Congrats!!! Its not always about pounds but how clothes fit and how you feel :) NSV stands for None scale victories.

    Like you I tried on a dress that I bought from Ross over 5 years ago, today I was able to pull the zip all the way up, it even showed that I have a waistline. So congratulations from me you and up the good work.

    Isn't that awesome?!? I tried on jeans at walmart last night for the first time in years... I've had to buy my denim at CJ Banks for ages... and a pair of Faded Glory 18s fit like a glove!

    LOL, well I did buy them at Cosco, so not sure how 'true' the sizing is really. But I may be closer to my goal than I realized.
