I am really bad. If it's been that long since I've eaten and I'm going to have to wait another three hours, then I figure I've got enough calories to burn on something like a McDonald's hot fudge sundae, or maybe a bag of nuts and a Diet Coke (if I'm stuck with only a mini mart), or I might just get smart and get a decent meal ... like chili & baked potato from Wendy's or a Pollo bowl, easy on the rice, from El Pollo Loco.0
