This week I will weigh early since it is my weekend to work. On the good side I work a lot so not a lot of time for extra eating. On the bad side also not a lot of time for exercise etc. I did do some changes at my work which I think will be positive. I also enrolled in college and will be enjoying having more night time sleeping hours- I hope! I also lost .6 a lb which is really good considering I really slacked on the exercise last week and increased the food intake. Now I take you back to your regularly scheduled program.0 -
