I can't workout (just had oral surgery) so my only goal is to not go over calories.
A weekend of eating soup, mashed potatoes and ice cream had me going way over!0 -
My goal is also burn 500 calories at gym tonight0

Do Day 2 lvl 2 of 30DS (DONE!), go for walk this evening with my girls and stay under my calories with lots of good food to fuel my body. Oh and be asleep by 9pm!0

My goal for the day is to eat as much whole foods as possible and to not drink diet soda.0

17000 steps. I was going to try a fitness class, but it is dumping snow so I will shovel for a few hours instead!0

My goal is to not binge today while trying to write a research paper that is due by midnight. I always tend to binge while doing research.0
