    You should keep track of your measurements. I took them again one day when I hit a wall and I was surprised to find out my body had shrunk while my weight had stayed the same. Now I measure weekly with great progress despite what the scale says.

    I think your body is hungry and hanging on to every shred of food and storing it as fat at this low calorie / day - I think you need to start that metabolism back up by eating more per day - I posted this a while back - might help:

    I just recently read that right after losing a significant amount of weight, and 11 pounds is significant, your body will temporarily replace the fat with water. It will flush it away in a week or two.

    You can not gain 3 pounds of fat in a week on a calorie deficit.
