Does anyone else have problems with losing weight whilst trying to do uni exams?!
I feel like i dont even get the chance to have a go at starting this weight loss journey either because i feel guilty for exercising rather than revising or being so stressed that i just want my comfort food!!
is there anyone out there with the same problems or IS IT JUST ME?!

Well my finals are next month but exercising may actually help with the university stress. Take a walk or do some cardio early in the morning before doing your daily studying, itll probably help you focus and keep you awake from adrenaline.0

I use exercise and (healthy!) snacks as study breaks. I'm the type of person who can only study productively for about an hour/hour and a half, so I take a lot of breaks in between subjects/chapters. Whether that break is going for a run or walk, stretching, or having an apple and watching some youtube videos0

It can be difficult at first, but eating healthily and exercising every day is so beneficial to revision. I'm not going to patronise you with the benefits of these things on the mind (I'm sure someone else here will do that for me), but eating well and exercising has been the best thing I've done for my university work0

I feel your pain, my uni exams are the end of this month and it seems that all I do is revise/exercise/think about food. I wonder sometimes if I'd be losing more weight if I wasn't dieting and vice versa It's all about finding a balance and not getting too stressed out about it all0

I've had a full day at uni today and my first exam tomorrow, I have actually upped my exercise today to get out excess stress and frustration and to clear my mind between chapters and modules. I have fruit and veg to snack on, and I never, ever let myself reach for fizzy drinks, water water water. This is my 3rd degree, and the first time I feel settled and ready for my exams as I am so much calmer as I have distracted myself from the stress. Not to say I won't have my celebratory piece of cake tomorrow after the exam!!0

On my multiple weightloss attempts, exams is where i always lose it. My best advice is make time. I always get up 30 min earlier so i can work out0

Urrrg don't get me started. I got so depressed when it was so sunny outside and I was inside revising, I got my boyfriend to take me to Woolworth's (when it was still open) to get a massive pick and mix!!
Don't sweat it, concentrate on your exams, get back on track as soon as you finish0
