30 Day Shred

If the video is in 3 levels then how do we split that up in a 30 day program? Are we supposed to do some of each level each day or do like the 1st leven for 1 1/2 weeks? And how would we enter this in our exercise diary? Thanks!

    You do the first level until you feel it is easy enough that you need more of a challenge. There is no set time limit on how long to do each one.

    Thanks! I kinda wished Jillian explained more of that or had something set up to make it easier to know. Now I'm just wondering how I enter it in my exercise diary. I tried to look it up in the database but nothing came up.
