Well, it's my 3rd week doing Insanity workouts, but for my bad luck, I've got my left ankle sprained! I can't do many movements right, because I can't put much weight on my left ankle.. I don't wanna stop the workouts, is there any way I can keep going??

Up to you, but I injured my foot during Insanity and I took a couple of weeks off and just lifted.0

Well.... if you have done 3 weeks already I'm sure you know the answer to that.... Unfortunately you should take a break and get better. You risk causing your self more damage0

I would take a break. For me, I'm trying to put everything I have into my Insanity workouts since it's a big responsibility to take on a 60-day program. Taking some time to let it heal, doing some more relaxed workouts that are low-impact on your ankle, and then getting back into Insanity when you're 100% seems like a good idea to me. Better safe than sorry - don't wreck yourself!0

I would take some time off and get it heal. Your ankle won't be 100% stable and if you roll it again doing it will just get worst. If you haven't been to the doctor I would do that too, just to make sure it is a sprain and not a fracture or anything.0

I really don't see how you can expect to do Insanity when you can't put any weight on one of your feet. Take some recovery time and let yourself heal or risk injuring yourself further.0

So rest seems to be the ultimate option! Alright, if I stop, should I start over or resume where I stopped?? I don't wanna lose the fitness I gained!0

My husband started Insanity with me and tore his meniscus. I'm sure he'll eventually get back in it but he plans on starting over from the beginning. Just depends on how long you're out.0

I'm planning to redo month 1 anyway because I know I won't be fit enough to start month two! So if I take a week off, I guess it's okay to resume and restart month 1 later..0
