Cant find boiled ham calories

Hi all, I need some help. I need to know the cals in Fresh Ham fillet brought from our local butcher. It will be boiled with the fat on it in water and then all the fat completely trimmed of it after boiling. I then slice it myself. Looking at the Ham on the database I'm not sure I'm getting the right product. Per 100g boiled would be great.

    Boiling it won't affect the number of calories. Simply look up lean cooked ham.

    Total Fat 1 g Potassium 0 mg
    Saturated 1 g Total Carbs 1 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g

    Trans 0 g Protein 19 g
    Cholesterol 0 mg

    Try looking up Gammon (joint). it's the same thing and I logged it the other day, boiled without fat :)
