I just started yesterday with 500 calories. I read the book first to make sure I understood the concept. Will be doing Sundays and Weds as my 500 calorie days. Lost 2 lb but sure it is water weight:-)0

my days will be tuesdays and thursdays..im starting today with a fast day so lets see how it goes0

Hi, I started 5:2 last Tuesday. My days will be tues Thursday, I think. Was trying to do 3 small meals but finding it hard to do a meal that's worth the effort! Thinking of switching to two meals.0

I'm doing 2 meals. There might be days when I'll have to follow the book's suggestion of a piece of fruit or nuts- re nuts... I found a great way to eat almonds without eating a handful. I buy the sliced almonds and eat one slice at a time. Sounds weird but it slows down my tendency to eat to fast and allows the body to recognize I've eaten.0

I am doing this but 4:3 instead of 5:2. I have a lot of weight to lose and have had a very sedentary lifestyle so I am starting off with brisk walking 10 minutes a day this week which I will gradually increase over the next few weeks. I am fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If anyone wants a diet buddy please add me :-)0
