Breakfast Ideas?

hey guys!
so i usually have oatmeal with fruit for breakfast.
But now i'm going to start going to the gym in the morning again.
Any HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS ideas for breakfast i can take with me to the gym and eat after my workout before school?
oatmeal needs hot water so i cannot have that unfortunately!
I can bring milk and cereal with me though.
I just need ideas :)
thanks !

I like bringing oatmeal anyway - I make it the night before with oats and water, mix in a scoop of protein powder and stick it in the fridge. I love it cold, and it firms up so much that it keeps me much fuller much longer!

Hmm...very very interesting! Never thought of having it cold! But I might try that! Good thinking :) thanks!

I love having whole wheat bread with a tbsp of natural peanut or almond butter sprinkled with cinnamon or nutmeg and a cup of black or blue berries. Best part, you can prepare the night before!

If I workout in the morning I usually prepare breakfast the night before as well. Awesome time saver. I'd do egg whites and veggie omelette with toast even a grilled chicken salad. My workouts sometimes require a bit more than cereal sometimes. A piece of fruit I usually have for breakfast or a yogurt along with those meals. Hope it helps! G'luck.

I would grab 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 mini babybel and 1 banana.

Or I would grab a strawberry & banana protein shake and a slice or 2 of toasted Ezekiel bread.

Yes at home, but not at the gym!

Have you had the Atkin's protein bars: around 15-20 grams of protein per bar along with fiber and about 200-250 calories a piece. They are quite yummy!

I am the queen of 5 min breakfast lol I am very lazy like that. One bagel, 1 oz cheddar cheese (slice it up), 1 Large egg. and ham.

Toast bagel, while that is toasting break egg open into bowl (preferably the same circumference as your bagel)
Whip it up and microwave for 45 seconds, slice cheese while you are waiting.
Check egg to see if it needs a little longer(usually does) so put sliced cheese and ham on egg cook for 30-45 more secs.
    Bagel should be toasted.
Flip egg,ham and cheese on bottom half of bagel put top of bagel cut in half and go to town. You can wrap in foil to keep it warmer longer. Add a banana or anything else if you need the macros. fast, simple, hardly any clean up and YUMMY!
