How do I take one of "My Meals" and add it to my dinner?

I can see what meals I have created but I want to add it to my dinner. Can't seem to figure out how to do that. Help!!

    Go to Dinner, click on add meal, then type in the name of the meal you created & hit search. Then click on the meal and add it.

    Thanks so much! I got it on there but I can't make any changes to it?? I ate it a little differently than last time. Hmmm...
