So I am an optician and I wear a lab coat everyday. Or at least I am supposed to. I haven't worn one since I started this. I usually wear a 4x lab coat. Today I was doing some crazy spring cleaning in our backroom and I found a 2x lab coat. Just for the heck of it I decided to try it on. AND IT FIT! Just a little snug but it buttoned all the way and it actually fit in the arms, which is a big success for me! I was soooo surprised. I came home and put on my 4x lab coat and I am literally swimming in it! I have lost 26lbs as of this morning and have been having a hard time SEEING a change! This totally sealed the deal for me and made me feel amazing!! Yay!!
