    I know a couple who went on somekind of all you can eat bacon breakfast diet abt 3 monthes ago.
    They eat nothing but bacon for breakfast and a salad for lunch and another salad with their choice of clean protein for dinner
    I seen them both this weekend and it is actually working and i noticed results on both of them. They both only work out 2 maybe 3 times a week. IDK how but its working for them

    I have been eating turkey bacon lol but I am going back to real bacon. I ate a grilled poke chop I think bacon is okay lol and yes back to subject
