My Fitbit Died.. Grrr

It went thru a wash, normal cycle. And to add insult to injury, I then put it in the Dryer....
and now it is dead, a month and a half later....

Try contacting customer services bike heard similar stories where people say, it has been replaced.0

Fitbit customer support are brilliant.
Mine's still working, though it's pretty much fallen apart. Its a Fitbit Ultra and literally just out of the 1 year warranty. Emailed Customer Support, sent them pics and proof of purchase and they sent a replacement through within a week.0
