OMG that is great! I just started ripped in 30 today. Did you do extra and follow her meal plan? I haven't looked at the meal plan yet...I plan on doing the video in the morning and then hitting the gym for an extra hour of cardio most days of the week.0

I don't do the meal plan, I'm just sticking with my "eat better/less" plan. Oh, and no extra workouts, either...just once a day with rest days mixed in!0
