    Thanks for sharing your journey...you look GREAT! How long from the first pic to the last?

    The first picture was take two summers ago. Which sadly wasn't my highest weight. I gained 30-40 more pounds than that but didn't have any pictures of it. (Which I gained it a year from that one)
    I've lost 60 pounds since January 2013.

    Yes, However loosing large amounts of weight in a short amount isn't that good for you, so i dont encourage it. I wasnt trying to loose weight that fast, I just changed so much all at once it happened. I started at a pretty high weight too,
    I did a complete 180 on my lifestyle and it came off while i went. i still have another 50 to lose though
    I don't ever eat out, i never cheat, I'm strict and i workout a lot.

    im doing sorta of paleo, trying to cut down carbs and processed foods .... making new reciepes but A LOT are low CAL ... what calorie # are you eatting 1200?

    I range between 1300-1600.
    I flip around a lot so I don't go on another plateau again

    It's so worth doing. I feel so great since I cut out all the processed garbage.
