Calories burned during strength training?

Hmmmm.... wondering why the excersize tab doesn't calculate calories burned on strength training/weights?

I put in my strength training today and the calories burned didn't change at all from the cardio that I had already entered. Confused! :ohwell:

You have to log it under cardio....

Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)

    It will log them then.

The actual strength training section is more just to keep track of your weight, reps and sets.

    Hi
I believe you have to log it in under cardio rather that the strength training tab

It doesnt ask how heavy you lifting or anything, i do body pump and never know how to log it which is obviously weights aswell as squats lunges etc but if i log strength training under cardio it says 60 minutes is only 152 calories, i really dont think thats right is it? x

xxTracey - something like Body Pump is usually put under Cardio - Circuit training, general . A lot like Jillian DVD's. For me 60 min of Body Pump would be 600+ calories.
