Hello

I'm new to the forums and community. I am a 23 year old fitness major in college and the reason why I'm on here is because I have a bit trouble keeping track of what I eat so I figured this site was the perfect application for this. I believe dieting is the number 1 factor that determines how your body is shaped and how healthy you can be. Exercise comes in a close 2nd ;D but anyways if anyone needs tips or would like to any general knowledge feel free to ask or add me, like i said I'm still going to school for this stuff so I may learn from you too!! :] Good luck to everyone and their goals
