Okay , So i have been cutting back on what I'm eating and I have been exercising in the morning doing the insanity work out and in the evening I go to the YMCA. There are some day that i don't keep track of my calories and there are days that I do. I have ADHD so i take Vyvanse and its suppose to help me keep calm and focus. But the bad thing is that some of its side effects are lose of weight , lose of appetite and for me i lose my appetite and i don't want to eat or i just forget to eat cause i'm focused on everything else. And i'm sure that is why its hard for me to lose weight but i need some advice on how stay on track and any suggestion to what else can help me lose weight.

There are a ton of posts on here about not eating enough during the day, which it really sounds like you might be doing. Exercise is only half the battle.
Your net carbs are intake minus your exercise. If you have a hard time achieving the first goal of getting enough to eat, then you should stop doing huge cardio intensive workouts or your body will suffer.

If you're having a hard time reaching your goal, try adding oils to your diet. It's barely noticeable, and can tack on more calories. I'm talking about olive oil and coconut oil. Personally, I don't recommend vegetable or canola oil. Also, fruits like avacados are dense with calories. Nuts like almonds are too. You can mix them all together in one meal, or even a shake, and get all your calories in before feeling too full.0 -
Plan your meals ahead of time in the morning and make sure to eat them- I try to eat every two hours, I bring my breakfast (granola and almond milk with fresh berries), snacks- apple & banana or veggies, lunch (salad with chicken or left overs from dinner) then an afternoon snack (whole wheat slice of bread or rye with a bit of cheese) and I make dinner at home usually wheat pasta or brown rice/quinoa with some protein and veggies then a small chocolate after dinner0
