    This site is amazing! And I am getting alot of help from it thank you.

    I would like to have the option of carrying my calories on to the next day. I've lost weight before counting calories with pencil and paper. And I would "Bank" calories when I had an event coming up that I knew I would want to eat at. If I could save 100 a day for three or four days and have extra for that event it made it alot easier not to go off my plan.

    There's a couple of us on here who live in VA but I don't think any are near Williamsburg--could be wrong though. I'm not--sorry--I live on the Shore.

    I am in Virginia for my internship and was driving up to Williamsburg every day for 6 months for my first rotation. Currently living in Norfolk but moving on Friday back to Florida.

    Holy Cow--what a daily commute! Through that Tunnel too--YUCK. It had to wear you plum out!

    Yeah, you're telling me! I live like 1 1/2 miles now from my final rotation in Ghent. YAY!

    I'm in the Richmond area, but don't get down that way much. We did promise our 11 yr old that we would take her to Williamsburg this summer.

    cool... Williamsburg is a good place to visit... You should try to go bush gardens or water country! specially if you have an 11 year old...
